With notice, each classic wedding car can be booked at almost any time between March and October for use within 20-30 miles of its base near Leatherhead and Camberley in Surrey; Basingstoke in Hampshire, Knebworth in Hertfordshire; Yarmouth Isle of Wight and Peterborough or Spalding in Cambridgeshire / Lincolnshire.
Bookings further away by special arrangement - we have acess to a number of similar vintage and classic cars across the UK.
The fee is negotiable depending on date, time, location, travel distance etc. Please contact us to discuss your wedding dreams - we are happy to share the benefit of our experiences over many years of delightful weddings.
Weddings are charged from £299 plus fuel supplement of £1 per mile over 20 miles. Most weddings include a journey to the church or registry office and then onto the reception - this typically costs £350 plus fuel supplement. A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking, the balance paid on the day.
Where the bride collection and ceremony venues are close together, we can take the bridesmaids as a seperate journey so they can share the vintage wedding car experience too.
Payment can be made using Credit Card, PayPal, Electronic funds transfer or Cheque.
Mechanical breakdown
In the unlikely event that one of our cars has a problem (remember that they are typically 80+ years old), we will endeavour to arrange a substitute vintage car, however of course this would depend on availability. If there is a problem on the day of the booking, then of course we would call by mobile and you will need to have a backup plan in place (e.g. one of the ushers lined up to drive you in their car – or a local taxi firm). If you needed to call on the backup plan, then of course the full deposit would be refunded and nothing more would be due. We have not let anyone down but it is wise to consider the possibility.
The cars are fully insured for weddings, other events may result in an insurance surcharge.
